INITIAL MEETING AND HOME VISIT
During the Initial Meeting and Home Visit I assess the project requirements and meticulously listen to client's needs, style and vision of the space. Following-up this meeting, I define the Scope of Work and I send the Design Proposal detailing the interior design service structure and fee.
The design service is usually divided into phases:
PHASE 1 - CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
I create the vision for the space in terms of style, colour palette and layout and I suggest some design elements to set the look we are aiming to. I provide the clients with useful design tools such as:
Mood Board
Concept Board
Colour Scheme
2D Furniture Layout/Space Planning
PHASE 2 - DESIGN SCHEME
I define the action plan to be implemented to reach the look set for the space. I will provide the clients with useful design tools such as:
Concept Board
Material/Sample Board
3D Design Rendering
Window Treatments
Lighting Design
Bespoken Furniture
Kitchen Design
Shopping List /Procurement (FF&E furniture, fixtures and equipment)
Detailed Technical Drawings
PHASE 3 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT
I offer a complete design service from designing to completion. I collaborate with a great team of carpenters, builders, electricians so I can offer turnkey design service, and bespoken furniture. I provide the clients with useful design tools such as:
Budget and Project Management
Personal Shopping Service
Tradespeople Management
Order Materials and Design Elements
On site Project Coordination
PHASE 4 - STYLING
Once the project is completed I offer our final touches service to present the property at its best.
